Refund Policy

At Lelis, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return according to the conditions below.

Timeframes

  • Change of mind/Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

  • Manufacturing defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt. For visible damage (broken parts, scratches, etc.), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending photos or a video of the product and its packaging to lelisbsns@gmail.com.

Return Conditions The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Once the product is received and passes our quality analysis, you may choose to:

  1. Exchange it for another item in stock.

  2. Receive a refund for the product value. Original shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered was correct and in good condition.

Warranty All products include a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, please send a short video or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and shipping label.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (cracked screens, dents).

  • Damage caused by liquids or moisture.

  • Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear or misuse.
